Daniel Hansen is an associate based in our Las Vegas office. He practices in the areas of business law, contracts, real estate, shareholder litigation, personal injury and has experience with natural resources, tax, insurance and probate.

Mr. Hansen has experience at all stages, successfully prosecuting and defending cases in pre-litigation, the pleading stage, during discovery, summary judgment, at trial, pre and post-trial motions. Mr. Hansen handles the day to day aspects of litigation, as lead counsel including developing case strategy; handling discovery; conducting and defending depositions of parties, percipient witnesses, experts; drafting and arguing all types of motions; retaining experts; negotiating settlement; preparing for trial; handling a trial, and appeals. He prides himself on ensuring that his clients understand the legal process, and crafts a legal strategy that suits the individual needs of the client.

Mr. Hansen, a former Rugby player has lived in Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese.
