Refund & Cancellation Policy
Western Region Credit-Con understands that unfortunate circumstances may sometimes affect your ability to attend an event. Should a request for a refund be necessary, please submit your request to the NACM Meetings Department in writing as soon as possible. For written requests received on or before August 9, 2017, full registration fees will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. Between August 10, 2017 and August 30, 2017, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. Due to the financial obligations incurred by the Western Region Credit-Con, no refunds or credits are possible for cancellations received on or after August 31, 2017. If original registrant is unable to attend, replacement may be made at any time. Please email your requests to firstname.lastname@example.org
Facilities Fee: We urge you to make your hotel registrations at our conference hotel so that Western Region Credit-Con can maximize its meeting space, room block and help keep negotiated room rates as low as possible. Registrants outside of San Diego County will be charged a facilities fee of $100 if they do not stay in the conference hotel, Embassy Suites, San Diego Bay - Downtown.
