Filing a mechanic's lien is not a straightforward process. It's a delicate balance between securing your rights and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Have you ever experienced a situation where you are convinced it's necessary to file a lien, but you encounter resistance from within your own company? If yes, then this session is for you.
During this webinar, we'll explore the tough questions you should be asking and how to come to a resolution when met with opposition from upper management. You will leave with the tools to protect your rights in the construction industry while preserving valuable business connections.
