REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: NACM understands that unfortunate circumstances may sometimes affect your ability to attend an event. Should a request for a refund be necessary, please submit your request to the NACM Meetings Department in writing. For written requests received on or before March 21, 2025, full registration fees will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. Between March 22, 2025 to March 28, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Due to the financial obligations incurred by the NACM Credit Congress, NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS are possible for cancellations received after March 28, 2025; however, replacements may be made at any time.

This special offer is for credit practitioners who have never attended Credit Congress before and will attend with a member or non-member full delegate. Both delegates must have an individual room reservation at Host Convention Hotels during the conference. Housing will be verified through our housing block. Offer is not valid with the Teams, Service Provider or Guest rates and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or scholarships. Only one first-time attendee registration is permitted per each full delegate registration. Should the full delegate cancel, the first-time attendee will replace the full delegate registration at that rate. Should the new attendee cancel, the registration fee is nonrefundable if a replacement can not be made.

Leading and building a multi-generational team is essential for success in our ever-changing, globalized workplace. This interactive workshop will explore the dynamics and strategies of leading and building this diverse workforce. We will discuss how to leverage differences, find common ground, and celebrate the strengths of a multi-generational team. Topics and workshop activities will center around: o Generational theory and how its effects today's workplace o A strength-based approach to building a multi-generational team o The importance of defining moments within a given generation o Events that shaped Traditionalists, Boomers, Generation Xers, Millennials, Gen Z o How core values and work ethic are expressed generationally o The importance of using CORE (Collaboration, Objectives, Raising Up, Empowering) to help develop your leadership capacity Participants will: o See their team through the lens of generational theory (which can increase empathy) o Leverage and build on the strengths of a multi-generational team o Examine the core values and work ethics of differing generations o Develop their capacity to effectively lead a multi-generational team
