Preliminary Notices - Having To Serve Them Vs. Should Be

Preliminary Notices - Having To Serve Them Vs. Should Be
Many state statutes require that you serve a preliminary notice to have the right to file a lien, so you "have to" serve the notice. This presentation will cover the "have to" vs. "should" scenarios allowing credit managers to take best advantage of local statutes to get paid.
